By accessing and using Viberia ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Viberia is a platform that provides:

• Marketplace: Buy and sell coding projects and applications
• RFV (Request for Vibe): Post and bid on custom development projects
• Vibe U: Educational courses and tutorials
• Community: Chat and discussion features for developers

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person is allowed

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• Do not share your account with others

For Sellers

• You own the intellectual property rights to your projects
• Projects must be original and not infringe on others' rights
• Provide accurate descriptions and documentation
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Platform fee applies to all sales

For Buyers

• Review project details carefully before purchasing
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use purchased projects in accordance with license terms
• Report any issues or disputes promptly

Project Posting

• Provide clear and detailed project requirements
• Set realistic budgets and timelines
• Respond to questions from potential vibers
• Honor agreements made with selected vibers

Bidding

• Submit honest and competitive bids
• Deliver work as promised and on time
• Communicate regularly with project owners
• Maintain professional standards

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Platform fees are deducted from seller earnings
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Disputed payments may be held pending resolution
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload
• You grant us license to display and distribute your content
• You warrant that your content doesn't infringe on others' rights

Platform Content

• Viberia platform and branding are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code
• Respect all trademarks and copyrights

You may not:

• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack or compromise platform security
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• We reserve the right to review and remove content
• Content must comply with community guidelines
• We may suspend accounts for policy violations
• Appeals process available for content decisions

• Platform provided "as is" without warranties
• We don't guarantee continuous availability
• Users are responsible for their own interactions
• We don't endorse user-generated content
• Third-party integrations subject to their own terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viberia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
• We may suspend accounts for policy violations
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked
• Certain provisions survive termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
