Wedding Planning Client Portal

I'm a wedding planner and my clients always ask "What's the status of X?" or "Can you send me the vendor list again?"

I need a client portal where couples can:
- See their wedding timeline and checklist
- View and approve vendor selections
- Track budget vs actual spending
- Access all their documents and contracts
- Communicate with me and vendors
- Share inspiration photos and ideas

I plan 20-30 weddings per year, and each couple has hundreds of details to track. Right now I email everything, but couples lose track of information and I spend too much time re-sending things.
