Neighborhood Social Network App

I want to create a social app for our neighborhood to help neighbors connect and help each other.

Features needed:
- Post about local events, lost pets, recommendations
- Offer/request help (borrowing tools, babysitting, etc.)
- Buy/sell items locally
- Report neighborhood issues
- Create private groups (book club, running group, etc.)
- Verify users actually live in the neighborhood

Our neighborhood has about 500 homes, and people barely know each other. I think an app could bring us together and make our community stronger.

Safety is important - we need to verify people actually live here and moderate content.
