Client Project Management Dashboard

I'm a business consultant and I'm terrible at keeping track of all my client projects. I need a dashboard where I can:

- See all my active projects at a glance
- Track time spent on each project
- Store client documents and notes
- Send professional reports to clients
- Manage invoicing and payments
- Schedule meetings and deadlines

I currently use a mix of Excel, email, and sticky notes. It's embarrassing when clients ask for updates and I have to scramble to find information.

I work with about 10-15 clients at a time, each with 2-3 ongoing projects. I need something that makes me look more professional and organized.
